Serendipity Resort Grand Haven, Grand Haven

We had a wonderful time on our family trip, with a fantastic location near the pier and many local attractions. The accommodations were spacious, but we found some aspects lacking in terms of comfort. Although there were some cleanliness issues in common areas and minor concerns with noise, the amenities and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable overall.

My stay at the resort had its highs and lows. While the location was perfect for families and the outdoor facilities were enjoyable, the size of the accommodations left much to be desired, making it tough for our group. Overall, it was a cozy place but not quite as spacious or comfortable as we had hoped.

My family and I had a lovely time at the Serendipity Resort during the Coast Guard Festival. The location is fantastic for families, being just a block away from the carnival while still offering a peaceful retreat. The staff were friendly and very helpful, but the accommodations could use a little more attention to cleanliness. Overall, we had a great time, and the amenities were perfect for our needs, but a few improvements would definitely enhance the experience.
